HEY! I’M JADE.
Digital illustrator, mum of two, and a big believer in following your gut (especially when it leads you somewhere colourful).
I live in Newport, in the beautiful Moreton Bay region, where I create detailed, character-filled illustrations that sit somewhere between realism and whimsy—a style I call stylised realism. I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember, but my career as a professional illustrator really began eight years ago during a tough season of life, when my eldest daughter was frequently in hospital. What started as a creative escape turned into a full-time calling—and I haven’t looked back.
Empathy is at the heart of everything I create. I pour genuine care and thought into every project, whether it's a custom storefront illustration, a community collaboration, or a live drawing event. I’m dedicated, warm, and proud to be doing work that feels deeply true to who I am.
Most of all, I want my girls to see what it looks like to chase a dream and build something meaningful from the ground up.
